About Us
The organization is for the purpose of promoting and training students in amateur radio principles and electrical engineering and computer science practices in concert with the ARRL public emergency preparedness activities. The organization will work to educate and empower students in fundamental radio operation principles, including software-defined radio (SDR), remote operation, and off-grid portable operation. Students will use the skills and talents in the fun hobby of amateur radio to communicate over the air to other colleges, individuals, and nations around the world with a commitment to Godly practices while doing so.
